Dr. Kelsie Marks

Dr. Kelsie Melancon Marks is a compassionate and dedicated veterinarian who knew from a young age that she was meant to care for animals. A Lafayette native, she earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and completed her veterinary doctorate at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine. Her professional interests include soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, dermatology, and preventative care. She holds certification in veterinary acupuncture and emphasizes integrative approaches to wellness and pain management. She is known for her energetic personality and hands-on approach, connecting readily with both pets and their owners. Outside work, she enjoys antiquing, cooking, pilates, and spending time with her family, husband Wyatt, and their pets: dog Goose and cats Lilly and Walter. She additionally serves as the clinic's social media coordinator.
